The two turbines that generating electricity for the residents of Redemption Camp of the Redeemed Christians Church of God along Lagos/Ibadan Expressway  have damaged.

A source who craved for anonymity  however  fingered sabotage.

“How can the two turbines damaged at the same time, when we are celebrating Daddy G.O 79th birthday?” the source asked in bewilderment.

The General  Overseer of the RCCG Worldwide, Pastor Enoch Adeboye clocked 79 on Tuesday.

It was gathered that the whole camp suddenly became dark while  Pastor Adeboye was ministering during the time.

This development, we learned did not go down well with the General Overseer, who asked the Engineers, already started working on the turbines to vacate the site.

Meanwhile, our correspondent gathered that the general overseer had directed that the two turbines be shut down immediately until the expatriates who installed the devices arrive to fix them.

The capacities for the two turbines are 5 and 15 megawatts respectively.
